The government has extended the restrictions on the export of gasoline, diesel fuel, and a number of other petroleum products from Russia for five months, until July 31, 2026. The corresponding decree was published on the official website of the Cabinet on January 31.

The decision is aimed at maintaining a stable situation in the Russian fuel market, explained the press service of the government. The ban does not apply to supplies made under intergovernmental agreements and humanitarian deliveries.
